ALISOS Credit Union Merges with Camino Federal Credit Union
The Board of Directors of ALISOS Credit Union approved the proposal to merge with Camino Federal Credit Union (Montebello, CA) making this a merger between two credit unions that serve local area school districts, effective July 1, 2009. Camino Federal Credit Union will be the surviving credit union.
Upon completion of the conversion, the combined entities will amount to over $107 million in assets. The merger conversion is scheduled to occur July 1, 2009. The primary objective of the merger is to build on the strengths of both organizations; to enhance the member service and experience, deliver expanded financial product offerings, contribute to the communities served, and provide financial services to members that exceed their expectations.
